1.) DESIGN YOUR BEST SELF PROGRAM:

You design yourself. Only you know what’s best for you, where you’ve been, and where you’re going. With that in mind, we’ve hand curated collections for each step of your journey using a combination of quotes and affirmations to guide you along the way. You can choose collections based on what you’re working on or through or use the Create tool to design your own. It’s a powerful way to keep your intentions top of mind, affirm the new reality you’re creating, and maintain the focus needed to redesign your mindset.

2.) FEEL YOUR BEST EVERYDAY:

Once you’ve designed your Best Self program setting the intentions and affirmations to keep you on course, we deliver reminders throughout your day, up to 3 times a day, as notifications on your phone. These reminders serve as powerful pattern interrupters to keep you in a state of awareness and higher consciousness while you do the work of redesigning the beliefs that hold you back. This science-based approach is proven to rewire your brain; creating a new mindset, and ultimately a new life.

3.) RINSE & REPEAT:

Once your program is set, we deliver notifications without you ever having to reopen the app. Since you’re always growing and evolving, it’s good practice to periodically check-in to reset your intentions and update your affirmations as you move to higher more expanded versions of yourself. Plus, we’re always adding new collections and content as we grow with you!

FREE VS. SUBSCRIPTION:

Anyone can use Self by Design for free. The free version allows you to design your own Best Self program using the Create tool, view our curated collections at any time, and receive Mindful Moments notifications created by us to keep you, and your mindset, on track.

When you’re ready to do the real work of improving your thoughts and transforming your life, our subscription plan allows you full access to all premium app features including daily reminders from curated and created collections to successfully reprogram your mindset.

The prices are for US customers. Pricing in other countries may vary. Payment will be charged to your Google account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
